Your DriveBook Booking Page: What It Is, How It Works, and How Students Find You

Every DriveBook instructor gets a personalised booking page at their own subdomain. Here's what it contains, how students land on it, and how to make the most of it.

When you join DriveBook, you get a public booking page — your own corner of the internet where students can learn about you, see your pricing, read your reviews, and book a lesson without calling.

This page sits at a subdomain address: yourname.drivebook.com.au (or your custom domain if you're on Studio or Business plan).

What Your Booking Page Shows

Your profile — Name, photo, and car photo. First impressions matter. Instructors with professional photos convert significantly better than those with no photo at all.

Your bio — A short description about your teaching style, experience, and what students can expect. You write this in your dashboard settings.

Pricing — Your hourly rate, available lesson packages, and PDA test pack pricing. All displayed clearly so students know what they're committing to before they start the booking form.

Availability — The next available lesson slots, based on your real-time calendar.

Reviews — Genuine reviews from previous students. New students read these before deciding to book.

Languages and vehicle types — Shown prominently so students looking for a manual car or a teacher who speaks Arabic can identify you immediately.

Booking form — Students enter their pickup address, choose a package, and pay — all on the same page.

How Students Reach Your Page

Direct link — You share the URL on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or email. Any student who clicks it lands on your page.

Business cards and flyers — Print your booking URL on physical materials. Students scan or type it and book instantly.

DriveBook search — When students search by suburb on drivebook.com.au, your profile appears in the results if you service their area.

Google — Your booking page is indexed by Google. As your reviews accumulate and your page ages, you may rank for suburb-specific searches like "driving instructor Maylands WA."

Referrals — When a student refers a friend, they share your link. The friend lands on your page, sees your reviews, and books.

What Makes a Good Booking Page

The difference between a booking page that converts and one that doesn't usually comes down to three things:

  1. A professional profile photo — Students want to see who they're getting in the car with
  2. A genuine bio — Brief and specific beats generic. "Patient with nervous learners, familiar with all test centres in Perth" beats "Experienced instructor."
  3. Recent reviews — Even five genuine reviews make a significant difference versus none. Ask students to review you after they pass.

Customising Your Page

All customisation happens in your DriveBook dashboard:

  • Upload your profile and car photos under Profile
  • Write your bio under Profile → About
  • Set your pricing under Settings → Pricing
  • Configure your service area and languages under Settings → Availability
  • On PRO, Studio, and Business plans: upload your logo and set brand colours under Branding
  • On Studio and Business plans: connect your own custom domain under Settings → Domain

Your page updates immediately when you save changes — no waiting for deployment or technical steps.
